Who do I call for technical help?

E-Z Grader has an excellent technical support system in place. To be eligible for this support you need to mail in the registration card from your e.ZGrader Gradebook/Lesson Plan Software package. You can Register your grading software online or you can call Customer Service with your registration information at 1-800-732-4018.

Registration provides you with 30 days of free technical support. After 30 days from your first call for assistance, additional charges apply. Call 1-800-380-2702 for technical assistance. Technical Support is available from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday. Voice mail is also available at 1-800-380-2702 when the lines are busy and during off hours. For all other non technical questions, e-mail us or call 1-800-732-4018.
